Can we try ClaimsIQ before committing?+
Every tool runs without an account in demo mode — full workflow, illustrative AI responses. CostIQ has a free tier (2 assessments/day). For a structured team evaluation, contact us at hello@claimsiq.co.uk — we run demos using your team's actual claims, not generic examples.
Is there a monthly billing option?+
No. All PropertyIQ Team plans are annual contracts, invoiced yearly. This keeps pricing clean and predictable, and annual commitment lets us support onboarding and rate reviews properly. There is no monthly billing option for team plans.
Does ClaimsIQ store our claims data?+
No claim-level data is stored. All processing happens in the handler's browser. Only anonymised summary metadata (reference, verdict, total) is saved to the cloud for paid accounts. AI calls go via a server-side proxy that strips identifying information before processing.
Do we need to integrate with Guidewire or our CMS?+
No integration is needed. ClaimsIQ works as a passive intelligence layer alongside your existing CMS. Team plans include SSO via Microsoft Azure AD. API integration with Guidewire and Duck Creek is on the roadmap for larger Enterprise deployments.
Can we pilot with a subset of the team first?+
Yes. We can scope the initial deployment around a pilot cohort — a single sub-team or region — and expand once the ROI case is established with your claims director. Assessment history and handler data carries forward automatically. The demo mode lets you run the full workflow before committing to anything.
What does the AI review in HubIQ do?+
When a claim has findings from one or more tools, HubIQ can run a cross-tool AI review — checking proportionality, consistency, and gaps across everything that has been assessed. It returns plain English actions and flags. Always advisory — the handler makes the final decision.
What happens above 100 users?+
Larger deployments are priced on scope — team size, tools required, integration complexity, and support level. We don't publish rates for enterprise because the variables matter more than a number on a page. Email hello@claimsiq.co.uk and we'll put together a specific proposal.
